A measurement system is presented, consisting of data acquisition modules and a software-implemented algorithm for inverting human body surface potentials to biological electric sources. Systems to measure event related brain potentials have been developed and used in clinical practice. Parallel techniques are being used to present three dimensional intracardiac electric current sources.
