Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία αφορά τη δημιουργία μιας διεπαφής χρήστη (user interface). Αυτή η διεπαφή δημιουργήθηκε με τη βοήθεια του λογισμικού MATLAB R2009b. Η εργασία αυτή είναι συνέχεια μιας προηγούμενης πτυχιακής εργασίας, η οποία αφορούσε την δημιουργία πειραματικής συνθήκης για καταγραφή ηλεκτρικών βιοσημάτων από άτομα που αντικρίζουν, μέσω βίντεο, αποσπάσματα από φυσικές καταστροφές (π.χ. σεισμούς, τσουνάμι, κ.α.). Η καταγραφή των σημάτων που η διεπαφή επεξεργάζεται έχει πραγματοποιηθεί ήδη μέσω του συστήματος καταγραφής βιοσημάτων BIOPAC. Η προαναφερθείσα διεπαφή δημιουργήθηκε για την επεξεργασία, την απεικόνιση και την αποθήκευση των βιοσημάτων που εξάγονται από το BIOPAC προς τη διεπαφή αυτή.
 
The present Degree Thesis concerns the creation of a User Interface. This interface was created using the MATLAB R2009b software. This work is a continuation of a previous Degree Thesis, which dealt with the creation of an experimental paradigm (test) for recording electrical biosignals from people who face, through video projection, extracts from natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, tsunamis, etc.). The recording of the signals that the interface processes has already been done via the bio-signals recording system BIOPAC. The aforementioned interface was created for the processing, displaying and storing of bio-signals extracted from BIOPAC to the interface.
