heal.abstract | This study contributes to the understanding of the visiting friends and relatives (VFR) travel segment, as it focuses on the use of internal and external information sources for travel consumer behaviour, discussing the implications of distribution channels. The data are representative of the province of Arcadia, Greece, serving as a research field of a longitudinal study. The results of the research give the industry the possibility of improving information distribution systems and an understanding of VFR travellers’ consumer behaviour in order to make adequate marketing decisions. | en |
