heal.abstract	Οι φιλοσοφικές και θεωρητικές απόψεις των προηγούμενων αιώνων μπορεί να παρουσιάσουν ιδιαίτερη χρησιμότητα στην κατανόηση της νοσηλευτικής πραγματικότητας και επιπλέον να προσφέρουν μια καθοδηγητική σοφία για τη μελλοντική εξέλιξη της Νοσηλευτικής επιστήμης. Η θεμελιώδης θέση του Marx για μια πλασματική πραγματικότητα, η οποία κατασκευάζεται από άλλους ισχυρούς παράγοντες για το κοινωνικό και υλικό όφελος των ιδίων, καθώς και η κριτική θεωρία του Habermas για μια ψεύτικη συνείδηση, η οποία επιβάλλεται από το σύστημα στα άτομα, δύνανται να επεξηγήσουν την κλινική πραγματικότητα για τον κλινικό νοσηλευτή. Οι προαναφερθέντες στοχαστές μπορούν να βοηθήσουν τους κλινικούς νοσηλευτές να αντιληφθούν την πλασματική πραγματικότητα που άλλοι ισχυροί παράγοντες έχουν κατασκευάσει γι’ αυτούς, κυρίως ιατροί και νοσοκομειακό διοικητικό προσωπικό, καθώς και το γιατί αυτές οι ομάδες έχουν κατασκευάσει αυτή την πραγματικότητα ως έχει. Επιπλέον, η απελευθερωτική γνώση που προέρχεται από την πράξη, όπως προτείνει ο Marx, ή ενεργητική μεταμόρφωση, όπως προτάσσει ο Habermas, μπορούν να προσφέρουν ένα χρήσιμο οδηγό για την εξέλιξη του μελλοντικού κριτικού αντανακλαστικού πρακτικού - ερευνητή.	el
heal.abstract	The philosophical and theoretical concepts of pre¬vious centuries can be of great avail in comprehen¬ding the reality of nursing and providing guidance for the future development of Nursing science. Marx’s fundamental position of an illusionary reality that is constructed by other powerful agents for the social and material benefit of these agents and Habermas’ critical theory of a false consciousness that is imposed by the system on the individual, may be able to explicate the clinical reality for the practi-sing nurses. The aforementioned scholars can assist practising nurses to become aware of the illusionary reality that other powerful agents have constructed for them, namely doctors and managerial staff and why these groups constructed this reality for them as such. Furthermore the emancipationary knowledge of praxis as suggested by Marx or the transformational action as proposed by Habermas can provide useful guidance for the development of the future critical reflective practitioner-researcher.	en
