heal.abstract	Η δεοντολογία και οι ανθρώπινες ηθικές αξίες έχουν πρωταρχική θέση στον χώρο της υγείας. Επηρεάζουν τον προγραμματισμό των υπηρεσιών υγείας και τις ηθικές επιλογές για την προστασία και κατοχύρωση των δικαιωμάτων του ανθρώπου -υγιούς, ασθενούς ή αναπήρου- και την εξασφάλιση άριστης ποιότητας στη φροντίδα υγείας. Στην καρδιά της Νοσηλευτικής υπήρχε και υπάρχει πάντα ένα φλογερό ενδιαφέρον και μια ιερή αγωνία για την ανάπτυξη, μετάδοση και τήρηση των δεοντολογικών αρχών και αξιωμάτων σε όλους τους τομείς της έκφρασής της. Σκοπός της νοσηλευτικής δεοντολογίας είναι να εφοδιάσει τον νοσηλευτή με ένα αξιολογικό πλαίσιο αναφοράς, ως πυξίδα προσανατολισμού για τις υπεύθυνες κρίσεις, επιλογές, αποφάσεις, στάσεις και πράξεις του στην καθημερινή εργασία. Η εργασία του μπορεί να είναι κλινική, συμβουλευτική, διοικητική, διδακτική, συγγραφική, ερευνητική. Ο Κώδικας Νοσηλευτικής Δεοντολογίας που πρόσφατα θεσπίστηκε με Προεδρικό Διάταγμα Βασισμένος στον παρόμοιο Διεθνή Κώδικα, αλλά και στα ελληνικά δεδομένα, δίνει οδηγίες συμπεριφοράς και σχέσεων συνεργασίας κατάλληλων για την εκπλήρωση των νοσηλευτικών καθηκόντων με συνεπή τήρηση των ηθικών υποχρεώσεων του επαγγέλματος και της άριστης ποιότητας της νοσηλευτικής φροντίδας. Ιδιαίτερα τονίζονται η καλλιεργημένη προσωπικότητα του νοσηλευτή, το νοσηλευτικό απόρρητο, η ευθύνη και η συνεργασία.	el
heal.abstract	Deontology and the human ethical values have the very first place in the area of health. They influence planning of health care services and the ethical choices for the protection and security of the rights of man, whether healthy, sick or invalid, as well as the insurance of excellent quality in health care. In the core of Nursing there always existed and today exists a burning interest and a sacred agony for the development, transmission and keeping of the deontological principles and axioms in all sections of the nursing profession. The purpose of nursing deontology is to equip the nurse with a value frame of reference for his/her responsible judgements, choices, decisions, positions and acts in eveiy day practice. His/her work may be clinical, advising, managing, teaching, writing or research conducting. The Code of Nursing Deontology which recently has been legalized by a Presidential Decree, based on the similar International Code but also on the Greek facts, gives guidelines of behavior and relations of cooperation, appropriate for fulfilling nursing duties with consistent observance of the ethical obligations of the profession and the excellent quality of nursing care. Selectively there are discussed the nurse’s cultivated personality, confidentiality, responsibility and cooperation.	en
