heal.abstract	Η νοσηλευτική ερευνά είναι το εργαλείο για την ανάπτυξη της Νοσηλευτικής επιστήμης μέσα από τη διαμόρφωση ενός σώματος γνώσης. Ο σχεδιασμός μιας ερευνητικής μελέτης καθορίζεται από την ερευνητική ερώτηση, τη θεωρητική προσέγγιση, την υπάρχουσα μεθοδολογία, την πείρα και τους πόρους του ερευνητή. Μια μεθοδολογική προσέγγιση που μπορεί να προαγάγει την αξιοπιστία και την εγκυρότητα μιας μελέτης είναι η τριγωνοποίηση (triangulation). Ως τριγωνοποίηση ορίζεται η ερευνητική μεθοδολογία που χρησιμοποιείται για να μελετηθεί μία μεταβλητή ή ένα φαινόμενο μέσα από διαφορετικές πηγές δεδομένων, παραπάνω από έναν ερευνητές, θεωρίες ή ανάλυση των δεδομένων, καθώς και παραπάνω από μία μεθόδους. Όταν στον σχεδίασμά χρησιμοποιούνται οι παραπάνω τρόποι ξεχωριστά, έχουμε απλή τριγωνοποίηση, και όταν συνδυάζονται, έχουμε πολλαπλή. Η τριγωνοποίηση ως μεθοδολογική προσέγγιση στον σχεδίασμά μιας μελέτης έχει πλεονεκτήματα και μειονεκτήματα και ο νοσηλευτής καλείται να ζυγίσει αρκετές παραμέτρους, ώστε να καταλήξει στην καταλληλότερη επιλογή για να απαντήσει στις ερευνητικές του ερωτήσεις.	el
heal.abstract	Nursing research is instrumental in the development of Nursing science which will be based in a unique body of knowledge. The design of a study depends on the research question, the theoretical approach, the existing methodology, the experience and the resources of the investigator. A research strategy that can promote reliability and validity of a study is triangulation. As triangulation is defined the research methodo¬logy used in the study of a variable or a phenome¬non, by different data sources, more than one in¬vestigator, theories or data analysis, as well as more that one method. When in the design are used the above ways separately we have simple triangulation and when they are combined we talk about multiple triangulation. Triangulation as a methodological approach in a study design has advantages and shortcomings and the nurse is called to weigh a number of factors before deciding the best available choice that will answer in the research questions.	en
