heal.abstract	Η ενσυναίσθηση αποτελεί την ελληνική απόδοση της αγγλικής έννοιας «empathy», η οποία χρησιμοποιείται ευρέως στη Νοσηλευτική και παίζει σημαντικό ρόλο στο πλαίσιο των θεραπευτικών σχέσεων. Η ενσυναίσθηση είναι απαραίτητη στην επικοινωνία νοσηλευτή - ασθενούς για την επίτευξη των επιθυμητών θεραπευτικών αποτελεσμάτων. Παρ' όλα αυτά, επικρατεί σύγχυση απόψεων σχετικά με τον ακριβή προσδιορισμό της παραπάνω έννοιας. Συνεπώς, η διαδικασία της ανάλυσης της έννοιας θεωρείται απαραίτητη για να διασαφηνιστεί το νόημά της. Το παρόν άρθρο σκοπεύει να μελετήσει ένα μέρος της βιβλιογραφίας που αφορά στην ενσυναίσθηση και να την αναλύσει με βάση το θεωρητικό πλαίσιο που προτείνει ο McKenna. Κατά την ανάλυση της ενσυναίσθησης θα αναφερθούν οι προσδιορισπκές ιδιότητες της και θα επινοηθεί μία περίπτωση «πρότυπο» (Model case). Επίσης, θα εξεταστεί μία αντίθετη, μία σχετική και μία διαχωρισπκή περίπτωση, τις οποίες θα ακολουθήσει ο προσδιορισμός των προαπαιτούμενων (antecedents) και των επακόλουθων σημείων (consequenses). Στο τελευταίο μέρος του άρθρου θα μελετηθούν τα πλαίσια και οι αξίες που επηρεάζουν την εφαρμογή της, καθώς και ο προσδιορισμός των εμπειρικών δεικτών.	el
heal.abstract	Empathy is a concept extensively used in nursing, playing an important role in the context of helping relationships. Empathy should be considered quite necessary in the nurse-patient interaction for the provision of the desirable health outcomes. However, little agreement exists on the accurate definition of this concept. Consequently, the process of concept analysis is ne¬cessary to clarify the definitions of the above term. This paper examines some of the literature concerning this concept and analyzes it using the framework ad¬vocated by McKenna. The relevant defining attributes are identified and a model case is constructed in the concept analysis. Apart from all the above mentioned, a contrary, a related, and a borderline case are also examined, followed by the identification of antecedents and consequences. Finally, in the last part of the article it is the consi¬deration of context and values and the identification of some empirical indicators, which should be studied as well.	en
