heal.abstract	Η παρούσα έρευνα υλοποιήθηκε με σκοπό την ανάδειξη της σημασίας που κατέχει η εφαρμογή του θεσμού της πιστοποίησης για τη βελτίωση των ελληνικών μουσείων. Αυτό υλοποιείται στην έρευνα με αξιοποίηση της ανασκόπησης της βιβλιογραφίας και της νομοθεσίας για την παρουσίαση των συστημάτων πιστοποίησης των κρατών – μελών της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης και της Ελλάδας αλλά και μέσω της παρουσίασης της γνώμης των ελληνικών μουσείων, με τη χρήση ερωτηματολογίου. Από τα ευρήματα της έρευνας παρουσιάζεται ότι μέχρι στιγμής στην Ελλάδα υπάρχει η πολιτική βούληση για την εφαρμογή και ανάπτυξη του συστήματος πιστοποίησης ενώ γίνεται εμφανές από τις απαντήσεις του ερωτηματολογίου ότι η πλειοψηφία των ερωτηθέντων κρίνει απαραίτητη την εφαρμογή του συστήματος πιστοποίησης για τα ελληνικά μουσεία, με μεγαλύτερο όφελος την ενίσχυση του κύρους και της αξιοπιστίας τους. Η αξία της παρούσας έρευνας έγκειται στο ότι υλοποιεί μια συνολική και συγκριτική παρουσίαση των συστημάτων πιστοποίησης ανάμεσα στις χώρες της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης και της Ελλάδας, η οποία θα μπορούσε να αποτελέσει σημείο αναφοράς για τις μελλοντικές έρευνες, μετά την εφαρμογή του ελληνικού συστήματος πιστοποίησης.	el
heal.abstract	This thesis aims to highlight the importance of the implementation of an accreditation system for the improvement of the Greek museums. This is carried out by a literature review and review of the legislation in order to present the accreditation systems of the member – states of the European Union and Greece. Furthermore the researchers created a questionnaire in order to collect the opinion of the employees of the Greek museums about this topic. The findings of the survey show that the authorities in Greece continue to have the political will to continue implementation and development of the accreditation system while the majority of the respondents to the questionnaire find it necessary that an accreditation system should be applied to the Greek museums as it would enhance their prestige and credibility. The value of this thesis lies in the fact that it implements a comprehensive and comparative presentation of the accreditation systems of the European Union countries and Greece, which could be used as a reference point for future researches to be held after the implementation of the Greek accreditation system.	en
