Το αντικείμενο της παρούσας πτυχιακής εργασίας είναι η δημιουργία μιας διαδικτυακής πύλης για την προβολή της ερευνητικής δραστηριότητας του Τμήματος Βιβλιοθηκονομίας και Συστημάτων Πληροφόρησης, της Σχολής Διοίκησης και Οικονομίας του ΤΕΙ Αθήνας και συγκεκριμένα του Εργαστηρίου Διαχείρισης της Πληροφορίας, με τη χρήση του Συστήματος Διαχείρισης Περιεχομένου (Content Management System) Joomla και της επέκτασης (component) J-research. Ο συνδυασμός των παραπάνω δυο λογισμικών είναι ιδανικός για την προβολή ερευνητικών φορέων, μέσω διαδικτύου. Παρέχει στους χρήστες τη δυνατότητα διαχείρισης περιεχομένου γενικά, την οργάνωση των προφίλ των μελών ενός εργαστηρίου, καθώς και τη διαχείριση των ερευνητικών αποτελεσμάτων, όπως δημοσιεύσεις, ερευνητικά έργα και επιστημονικά πεδία.The subject of this dissertation is the creation of a web portal for the promotion of the research activity of the Department of Librarianship and Information System of the school of Management and Economics of the Technological Educational Institute of Athens and in particular of the information Management laboratory using the content management system, joomla and j-research extension (component).The combination of the above two software's is ideal for the screening of research institutions via the internet. It provides users with the ability to manage content in general, organize the profiles of members and manage research results such as publications, research projects and scientific fields.
