heal.abstract	Το Μουσείο Μαστίχας Χίου είναι το όγδοο μουσείο του Δικτύου Θεματικών Τεχνολογικών Μουσείων του Πολιτιστικού Ιδρύματος Ομίλου Πειραιώς (ΠΙΟΠ). Βρίσκεται στα Μαστιχοχώρια της Νότιας Χίου όπου καλλιεργείται ο σκίνος και παράγεται η μαστίχα. Για αυτόν τον λόγο στεγάζεται σε κτήριο που δημιουργήθηκε για τους σκοπούς του μουσείου, σε οικόπεδο που παραχωρήθηκε από την Ένωση Μαστιχοπαραγωγών Χίου, καθώς η παραδοσιακή μαστιχοκαλλιέργεια είναι ζωντανή και σήμερα, και αποτελεί στοιχείο της ταυτότητας των κατοίκων, αλλά και της ιστορίας του τόπου. Η έκθεση στηρίχτηκε στα πορίσματα του διεπιστημονικού ερευνητικού προγράμματος για τη μαστίχα που εκπονήθηκε από το ΠΙΟΠ. Η εργασία έχει ως σκοπό την καταγραφή και την ανάλυση των εργαλείων που χρησιμοποιήθηκαν από τη διεπιστημονική ομάδα εργασίας του Μουσείου για την ανάδειξη της παραγωγικής ιστορίας της καλλιέργειας και της επεξεργασίας της μαστίχας. Στόχος της εργασίας είναι η καταγραφή των εκθεσιακών πρακτικών του Μουσείου Μαστίχας Χίου και αφετέρου η κριτική μελέτη των μέσων που χρησιμοποιήθηκαν για την παρουσίαση της μαστίχας σε σχέση με τις τεχνικές παραγωγής της και με τους ανθρώπους σε μια μακρά χρονική διάρκεια.	el
heal.abstract	The Museum of Mastiha Chios is the eighth museum of the Thematic Technology Museum Network of the Piraeus Group Cultural Foundation (PIOP). It is located in the Mastichohoria of South Chios, where the mastic tree (skinos) is grown and the mastic is produced. For this reason, it is housed in a building that was created for the purposes of the museum on a plot of land donated by the Association of Mastic Producers of Chios, as the traditional mastic cultivation is still alive and is an element of the identity of the inhabitants and the history of the place. The exhibition was based on the findings of the multidisciplinary mastic research program developed by the PIOP. This thesis aims to record and analyze the tools used by the interdisciplinary working group of the Museum to highlight the productive history of the cultivation and the treatment of mastic. The aim of this thesis is to record the exhibition practices of the Mastic Museum in Chios and the critical study of the means used for the presentation of mastic in relation to its production techniques and to humans for a long time.	en
