A technique for repairing fractured metal-ceramic restorations is presented. This technique uses a new “overlay”metal-ceramic crown that is luted to the existing restoration and is suitable for repairing porcelain when a large bulk of porcelain is fractured. The clinical procedure is simple, and the esthetic result is more satisfactory than that of composites.
