heal.abstract	Στην εργασία αυτή περιγράφεται η κατασκευή χυτών ενδορριζικών αξόνων σε ενδοδοντικά θεραπευμένα δόντια που έφεραν μεταλλοκεραμικές στεφάνες και παρουσίασαν κάταγμα της μύλης τους. Κύριο χαρακτηριστικό της τεχνικής αυτής είναι η επαναχρησιμοποίηση των ίδιων στεφανών μετά την κατασκευή των αξόνων. Η μέθοδος εφαρμόστηκε σε 25 κλινικά περιστατικά σε διάστημα 3 ετών με επανέλεγχο μετά από 3-6μήνες. Όλα τα περιστατικά θεωρήθηκαν ικανοποιητικά, στηριζόμενοι τόσο σε κλινικά, όσο και σε ακτινογραφικά ευρήματα	el
