heal.abstract	Αρχικά γίνεται μια εκτενής ανασκόπηση σχετικά με τον πονοκέφαλο και τις διάφορες μορφές του. Από απόψεως συχνότητας, σύμφωνα με σχετικές εργασίες, το ποσοστό διακυμαίνεται ευρύτατα από 20-100%. Η μεγάλη αυτή διαφορά οφείλεται στη μεγάλη απόκλιση που παρουσιάζει η παράμετρος πονοκέφαλος αφενός και αφετέρου στην ερμηνεία και στη διευκρίνισή του. Στη χώρα μας σε ανάλογη επιδημιολογική έρευνα σε 850 άτομα του πληθυσμού Αθηνών-Πειραιώς, η συχνότητα του πονοκεφάλου κυμαίνεται σε ποσοστό 4% για ηλικίες από 15-19 ετών και σε 16% για ηλικίες από 70-79ετών. Ακολούθως αναπτύσσεται η σχέση του πονοκεφάλου εξαιτίας μυϊκής υπερλειτουργίας και των λειτουργικών διαταραχών του στοματογναθικού συστήματος. Το συμπέρασμα που προκύπτει είναι ότι ο πονοκέφαλος είναι ένα συνηθισμένο σύμπτωμα μεταξύ των οδοντιατρικών ασθενών και ακόμη συνηθέστερο μεταξύ ασθενών με δυσλειτουργία. Κατά συνέπεια, στους ασθενείς με πονοκέφαλο επιβάλλεται λεπτομερής έλεγχος και εξέταση του στοματογναθικού τους συστήματος, δεδομένου ότι η θεραπευτική αγωγή, που ακολουθείται στους ασθενείς με δυσλειτουργία, έχει ευεργετική επίδραση στην καταστολή και θεραπεία του περιοδικού πονοκέφαλου.	el
heal.abstract	The deficiency of relative bibliography on the headache in the Hellenic Odontiatric Periodical press, as the direct relation of the headache with the dysfunction of the stomatognathic system were the incentives for the elaboration of this work. At the first part becomes an extensive reexamination respectively to the headache and its difference forms. From the side of frequency according to the relative works, the percentage is very wids fluctuated from 20-100%. This big difference due to the big inclination that presents the parametros headache just as to the interpretation and its explanation. In our country at analogous epidemiological research to 850persons of the population of Athens and Pireaus, the frequency of the headache is fluctuated at percentage 4 % for ages from 15-19 years and at percentage 16% for ages from 70-79 years. At the second part of the work is explained the relation of the headache; because of the more function muscular and the functional disturbances of the stomatognathic system. The conclusion is that the headache is a usual symptom, between the dental patients and more common between patients with dysfunction. After that to the patients with headache is imposed a detailed check and examination of their stomatognathic system; given that the therapeutics treatment which is followed to the patients with dysfunction has beneficial influence to the repression and treatment of periodical headache.	en
