heal.abstract	Τα ολοκεραμικά ένθετα και επένθετα αποτελούν την καλύτερη επιλογή από αισθητικής πλευράς για την αποκατάσταση των οπίσθιων δοντιών. Στην εργασία αυτή περιγράφεται λεπτομερώς όλη η διαδικασία των κλινικών σταδίων, από την παρασκευή του δοντιού μέχρι και την τελική συγκόλληση των ενθέτων και των επενθέτων. Επίσης, περιγράφεται και ο τρόπος χρήσης των υλικών που χρησιμοποιούνται, δίνοντας έμφαση σε ορισμένα σημεία που χρήζουν ιδιαίτερης προσοχής από τον Οδοντίατρο	el
heal.abstract	Esthetic demand and patient's increasing reluctance to accept amalgam restorations, make alternatives for the restoration of posterior teeth increasingly important. The fact that cast gold is a proven restoration but extremely expensive, makes us turn to some esthetically promising materials, including composite or ceramic inlays and onlays. The superior esthetics of porcelain inlays and onlays have attracted the interest of the dental profession throughout the last decade. In this paper the advantages and indications of these systems are presented. All the clinical procedures, such as tooth preparation, impressions, etching of both porcelain and enamel and cementing of inlays and onlays are described as well. Emphasis is given to the specific remarks, that the clinical practitioner has to overcome through the clinical procedure.	en
