heal.abstract | The OpenDSK6713 is an open source software project aiming to efficiently support the realization of real-time DSP systems and laboratory setups using the DSK6713 hardware platform. This paper presents the OpenDSK6713 framework; the initiative behind this proposal, the structure and functionalities as well as some utilization examples. Our target is to provide an open-source, efficient and flexible software environment, giving emphasis on both the system’s low-level functionalities and the DSP realization/implementation concept. We are targeting to a free educational tool that could be adopted by various educational institutes, DSP laboratory courses, in order to support profound learning of real-time DSP implementation details. | en |
