heal.tableOfContents	Περίληψη: Η παρούσα έρευνα αναφέρεται στη χρησιμότητα της εκπαίδευσης του προσωπικού των επιχειρήσεων με χρήση των ΤΠΕ (Τεχνολογιών της Πληροφορίας και των Επικοινωνιών). Πιο συγκεκριμένα διερευνάται η αποδοτική σύνδεση δύο βασικών πόλων - της εκπαίδευσης και της καινοτομίας - και τίθενται τα ερευνητικά ερωτήματα που προκύπτουν από την αλληλόδρασή τους. Στις μέρες μας η εκπαίδευση από απόσταση πραγματοποιείται συνήθως στο χρόνο και στο ρυθμό του κάθε εργαζομένου και αποτελεί μια ευέλικτη μορφή μάθησης. Σ’ αυτό το πλαίσιο εξετάζουμε, κατά πόσο τα eLearning/eTraining συστήματα μπορούν να βοηθήσουν στην παραγωγή καινοτομίας και προτείνεται η ανάπτυξη ενός ερευνητικού πλαισίου που να ερμηνεύει την εισαγωγή τους στην επιχείρηση. Οι σύγχρονες αντιλήψεις για το Μάνατζμεντ θεωρούν ότι η γνώση αποτελεί βασικό στοιχείο της αποτελεσματικότητας της επιχείρησης και αναγκαία «πρώτη ύλη» για τη δημιουργία της καινοτομίας. Ως εκ τούτου η διαχείριση της γνώσης αν και είναι αρκετά παλιά ιδέα αποκτά ένα σημαίνοντα ρόλο. Στα πλαίσια της παρούσας έρευνας μέσα από μια θεωρητική διερεύνηση του θέματος, δίνεται ιδιαίτερη έμφαση στη μελέτη της οργάνωσης και του εκπαιδευτικού σχεδιασμού που απαιτείται για να προσδιοριστεί η πιθανή επιτυχία εφαρμογής ηλεκτρονικών συστημάτων εκπαίδευσης στο χώρο των επιχειρήσεων	el
heal.tableOfContents	Abstract:The present research refers to the role of education of enterprises’ human resources with the use of ICT (Information and Communication Technologies). More precisely we will explore the efficient connection of two basic poles education and innovation and we will pose the research questions that result from their interaction. In our days distant learning is realised usually in time and rhythm of each employee and constitutes a flexible form of learning. We will examine how the e-learning/e-training systems can help in the production of innovation and we will propose the development of a research framework that would interpret their introduction in enterprises. Μodern perceptions about management consider that knowledge constitutes a basic element of the enterprise’s effectiveness and a vital "raw material" for the creation of innovation. Consequently, the management of knowledge even if it represents a long-standing inspiration, plays a significant role. In the framework of the present research (through a theoretical investigation of the subject), a particular emphasis is given to the study of the organisation and the educational planning that is required in order to determine the likely success of application of elearning in the enterprises.	en
