heal.abstract	Περίληψη: Οι καινοτομικές επιχειρήσεις αποτελούν για πολλούς ίσως το μοναδικό δρόμο δημιουργίας θέσεων εργασίας και αντιμετώπισης του σοβαρού κοινωνικού ζητήματος της ανεργίας. Με την εργασία αυτή θα προσπαθήσουμε να διαπιστώσουμε πόσο ρεαλιστικές είναι αυτές οι λύσεις, αλλά και τι μπορεί να κάνει η πολιτική σε γενικό και ειδικό επίπεδο για τη διαμόρφωση συνθηκών ανάπτυξης καινοτόμων επιχειρήσεων. Αρχικά θα παρουσιάσουμε ζητήματα σχετικά με τη συμβολή των καινοτόμων επιχειρήσεων στην οικονομική ανάπτυξη μιας περιοχής – χώρας. Παραπέρα θα παρουσιάσουμε στοιχεία που αφορούν στα πλαίσια λειτουργίας των καινοτόμων διαδικασιών. Τα παραπάνω αποτελούν τις βασικές προϋποθέσεις για τη διατύπωση των εναλλακτικών οικονομικο - πολιτικών στρατηγικών με στόχο την προώθηση των καινοτόμων δράσεων. Τέλος θα διατυπώσουμε και τον αντίλογο προς την παραδοσιακή στρατηγική προώθησης της Ε&Α, που επικεντρώνει την προσοχή του στην άμεση οικονομική στήριξη των επιχειρήσεων.	el
heal.abstract	Abstract:The innovative enterprises constitute for many perhaps the unique street of creation of places of work and confrontations of serious social question of unemployment. With this work we will try to realise how many realistic are these solutions, but also what can make the policy in general and special level for shapes conditions of growth of innovative enterprises. Initially we will present questions with regard to the contribution of innovative enterprises in the economic growth of region – country. Farther we will present elements that concern in the frames of operation of innovative processes. More they constitute basic condition for the formulation alternative economic – politician of strategies aiming at the promotion of innovative action. Finally we will formulate also the report to the traditional strategy of promotion of EkA that focuses his attention in the direct economic support of enterprises.	en
