heal.abstract	Περίληψη:Στις μέρες μας αναπτύσσεται έντονος σκεπτικισμός (ιδιαίτερα στις Σχολές Διοίκησης και Οικονομίας) για τις θεωρίες του Management, που αναφέρονται στην παραγωγή και διάχυση της γνώσης. Πολλοί συγγραφείς τονίζουν τη μετεξέλιξη της επιστήμης του Management από μια «σοβαρή διανοητική διαδικασία σε ένα συνονθύλευμα άκυρων ή ακατανόητων θεωριών». Αποτελέσματα ερευνών έδειξαν, ότι δεν υπάρχει μαγικό ραβδί για αποτελεσματική χρήση της γνώσης από τις επιχειρήσεις. Όμως διαπιστώθηκε ότι μόνο ο ανταγωνισμός, ο ορθολογισμός και η εφαρμογή επιστημονικών μεθόδων στη διοίκηση αποτελεί για τις επιχειρήσεις το σιγουρότερο δρόμο για την αντιμετώπιση των προβλημάτων, ιδιαίτερα σε περιόδους κρίσης.	el
heal.abstract	Abstract: In the days to us is developed intense scepticism particularly in the Faculties of Administration and Economy for the theories of Management that are reported in the configuration and diffusion of knowledge. A lot of writers stress the evolution of science of Management from «serious mental process in intermixture invalid inapprehensible theories». Results of experts showed, that does not exist magic stick for effective use of knowledge from the enterprises. However it was realised that only the competition, the rationalism and the application of scientific methods in the administration constitute for the enterprises the sure street for the confrontation of problems in periods of crisis.	en
