heal.abstract	Η ανάπτυξη της θεωρίας των ασαφών συνόλων υπαγορεύθηκε από την ανάγκη της αναπαράστασης με μαθηματικά μοντέλα καταστάσεων όπου κάποιοι ορισμοί δεν έχουν σαφή όρια.. Στο άρθρο αυτό παρουσιάζουμε δύο χαρακτηριστικές εφαρμογές το)ν ασαφών συνόλων σε προβλήματα εμπορικών επιχειρήσεων. Η πρώτη αφορά την εκτίμηση των ασαφών δεδομένων μιας έρευνας της αγοράς, ενώ η δεύτερη αποτελεί ένα πρόβλημα λήψης αποφάσεων σε ασαφές περιβάλλον.	el
heal.abstract	The fuzzy sets theory was created in response to have a mathematical representation of situations, in wich definitions do not hane clear boundaries. In the present paper we present two characteristic applications of fuzzy sets to problems of commercial enterprises. The former concerns the evaluation of the fuzzy data of a market's research, while the latter is a decision making problem in a fuzzy environment.	en
