heal.abstract	O προσδιορισμός των Αντιθυρεοειδικών Αντισωμάτων (ΑΘΑ) αποτελεί ένα από τα απαραίτητα μέσα για τη διάγνωση της αυτοάνοσης θυρεοειδίτιδας. Στο Ι.Κ.Α. ο προσδιορισμός τους με ανοσοενζυμικές μεθόδους γίνεται με την χρήση των συσκευών και των αντιδραστηρίων δύο εταιρειών: της εταιρείας TOSOH η οποία χρησι μ οποιεί για τα αντιδραστήριά της τους αναλυτές AIA 21, ΑΙΑ ΙΙ και ΑΙΑ 6 00 και της εταιρείας Axis Shield η οποία χρησιμοποιεί τα αντιδραστήριά της στον αναλυτή Elysis και στο ημιαυτόματο σύστημα Stat Fax. Όλες οι εταιρείες χρησιμοποιούν στα αντιδραστήρια τους ανθρώπινα αντιγόνα Tg και TPO με εξαίρεση την εταιρεία Axis Shield, η οποία χρησιμοποιεί για τον προσδιορισμό των an ti-TPO ανθρώπινα ανασυνδυασμένα αντιγόνα (rTPO). Μελετήθηκε η συσχέτιση μεταξύ των διαφόρων μεθόδων και έγινε προσπάθεια να προσδιοριστεί η ευαισθησία τους. Αποδείχθηκε ότι η συσχέτιση των μεθοδολογιών των ΑΙΑ με τους αντίστοιχους της Axis S h ield είναι μόλις 60% με τη μεγαλύτερη αντιστοιχία να υπάρχει στις χαμηλές τιμές. ∆ιαπιστώθηκε επίσης ότι το αντιδραστήριο rTPO της Axis Shield είναι περισσότερο ευαίσθητο από τα αντίστοιχα αντιδραστήρια των αναλυτών ΑΙΑ . Από την άλλη μεριά o προσδιορισμός των anti-Tg δίνει περισσότερα θετικά αποτελέσματα στους αναλυτές ΑΙΑ.	el
heal.tableOfContents	Autoantibody levels of anti-Tg and anti-TPO represent one eparameter in a multicriterion diagnostic process for the diagnosis of autoimmune thyroiditis. In the Social Security Institute (SSI) the determination of antithyroidanti bodies with immunoenzymometric methods is hold with the devices and the reagents of two corporations. The first is the TOSOH Corp. which manufactures the analyzers AIA 21, ΑΙΑ ΙΙ and AIA 6 0 0 and their reagents and the second the Axis Shield Corp. which runs their reagents on the analyzer Elysis and the semiautomatic system Stat Fax. A ll corporations use as reagents specific hum an antigens Tg and T P O with the exception of Axis Shield Corp. which uses human recombinantantigens (rTPO) for the determination of anti-TPO. We studied the correlation between the various methods and we tried to estimate their sensitivity. It was proved that the correlation between the AIA and Axis Shield ’ s methodologies is only 60% .The reagent rTPO of Axis Shield seems more sensitive than the reagents TPO of AIA analyzers. On the contrary, the determination of anti-Tg has more positive results on AI A analyzers.	en
