heal.abstract	Η πτυχιακή περιλαμβάνει τέσσερα βασικά κεφάλαια. Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο, αναλύονται η έννοια της Μουσειακής Πολιτικής κατά τον 21ο αι. και ο ρόλος ο οποίος δύνανται να διαδραματίσουν τα ιδιωτικά μουσεία σε παγκόσμιο, ευρωπαϊκό, εθνικό και τοπικό επίπεδο. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο, πραγματοποιείται αναλυτική περιγραφή των δύο Μουσείων και των συλλογών που περιλαμβάνουν. Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο, εξετάζονται σε θεωρητικό επίπεδο το θεσμικό πλαίσιο της πολιτιστικής διαχείρισης, καθώς βασικές έννοιες οι οποίες αφορούν στη διοίκηση, την οργάνωση και τον στρατηγικό σχεδιασμό των πολιτισμικών μονάδων. Στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο, διερευνάται ο ρόλος της επικοινωνιακής πολιτικής των πολιτιστικών οργανισμών.	el
heal.abstract	Thesis includes four main chapters. In the first chapter, the concepts of Museum Policy during the 21st century are analyzed, as well as the role of private museums globally, on European, national and local level. There is also be an attempt to comparatively assess the policies of private museums in Greece and abroad, along with the mention of indicative examples. The second chapter includes an analytical description of the two museums as well as their collections. The third chapter, includes the examination of the cultural management’s institutional framework on a theoretical level, as well as some basic concepts regarding the administration, organization and strategic planning of cultural units.
