heal.abstract	Η προσδοκία αποτελεί πολυσύνθετη δυναμική έννοια που έχει εφαρμογή στον τομέα της υγείας. Πολλοί μελετητές έχουν αναπτύξει ποικίλες θεωρίες για τις προσδοκίες. Η αυτεπάρκεια και η τροποποίηση συμπεριφοράς αποτελούν σημείο-κλειδί για την εκπλήρωση μιας ατομικής προσδοκίας. Εκτός από τις ατομικές προσδοκίες, σημαντικό ρόλο κατέχουν και οι κοινωνικές προσδοκίες όπως προκύπτουν κατά την αλληλεπίδραση των ατόμων. Όσον αφορά τον τομέα της υγείας, η προσδοκία περιγράφει κυρίως τι περιμένουν οι χρήστες υπηρεσιών υγείας να συναντήσουν και τι θα ήθελαν να συναντήσουν από αυτές.	el
heal.abstract	Expectation is a complex dynamic concept that can be applied in the field of health. Many researchers have developed various theories about expectations. Self-efficacy and modification of behavior consist key-elements for the fulfillment of an expectation. Apart from personal expectations, significant role play social expectations as they arouse by the interaction of individuals. Regarding health sector, the concept of expectation describes what users of health care services expect to encounter and what they would like to meet by them.	en
